Tear-Down & Deck Cleaning
We remove all existing shingles, underlayment, and flashing down to the bare decking. Every nail is pulled, the deck is inspected for rot or damage, and any compromised boards are replaced before we move forward.
Synthetic Underlayment & Ice/Water Shield
We install a premium synthetic underlayment across the full deck for moisture protection, then apply ice and water shield along all eaves, valleys, and penetrations — the critical areas where leaks begin.
Shingle & Nail Placement
Architectural shingles are laid in precise courses and nailed to manufacturer specifications — correct nail placement is the single biggest factor in wind resistance and warranty validity.
Ridge Cap & Ventilation
We finish with ridge cap shingles sealed and nailed for maximum wind uplift resistance, and install proper ridge ventilation to keep your attic breathing — extending shingle life and reducing cooling costs.
